Here is a new recipe from Rita Smith
Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients:
2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken (3-4 chicken breasts)
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (I use a little more from a 2nd can)
1-8 ounce container of sour cream
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 sleeve of Ritz Cracker (make into crumbs)
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
Directions:
Boil the chicken, drain and shred
Mix soup and sour cream together adding some extra poppy seeds
Melt butter, add cracker crumbs and the tablespoon of poppy seeds
Place shredded chicken in the bottom of a baking dish
Pour sour cream/soup mixture over the chicken…do not mix
Spread crack crumbs mix over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes! Enjoy!
